There is no need to clean, declutter, repair, renovate, or professionally stage your home before the appointment. We are there to see the property as it is and provide guidance.

02Am I required to list my home afterward?

No. The appointment is designed to give you useful information. What you do with it—and when—is entirely your decision.

03How long will the appointment take?

Timing varies with the home and your questions. Your Vidal & Co. representative will confirm the expected length when arranging the appointment.

04Do I need to prepare or clean the house?

Not at all. We are there to see the property as it is. Cleaning, decluttering, repairs, renovations, and staging can all wait until after you receive guidance.

05Should everyone involved in the decision attend?

Where possible, yes. It helps every decision-maker hear the same information and ask questions directly.

06How do you determine the value of my home?

We study recent comparable sales, competing listings, the property itself, buyer activity, market direction, timing, and your goals—then apply professional judgement.

07What if I am not ready to sell?
